What did you think on that first day?
I was nervous walking in and seeing what was in store for me.
What kind of results have you experienced since starting CrossFit?
I am stronger physically and mentally.
What has been your biggest accomplishment since starting at CrossFit Confidence?
Being able to deadlift 385#, being able to do double-unders and doing things again that I never thought I would do after leaving high school. (A couple years ago..)
What has CrossFit changed about your life?
I am healthier and I have made some great new friendships!
What is one goal that you are currently working on?
Now that I have figured out double unders, muscle ups are next on the radar.
What motivates you/keeps you coming back?
Seeing the changes in not only me but others and wanting to be better!
